The location is fantastic and the staff here are welcoming, exceptionally nice, and always have a smiling face.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast ( paid by guest ) & evening cookies ( complimentary ) were awesome !! Business Center was available to print docs. Thanks & I enjoyed the stay !!

The Hotel experience was great but reserving it through Booked.net has been a HORRIBLE experience !! Will NEVER use Booked.net Didn't get AAA discount, even if I've been member for 10 years. Upon calling customer service reps didn't help at all & didn't know what AAA is. They asked to call hotel & hotel said call Booked.net. Went in circles. Not worth using Booked.net Sorry to say that.

The location was unbeatable, near many non chain restaurants, stores and Addison for a company trip and good restaurants. Liked a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the room.

Great service from the staff, they were really friendly. The rooms are beautiful and come with a shower, jetted tub, and even a coffee maker. The pool here is lovely. The location is convenient and comfortable, perfect for exploring around here! 🌟

The staff was GREAT! Everyone I encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. The Sleep-Number bed was amazing.

The only complaint I have is that the kitchen ran out of some breakfast food. (Bacon & hash browns) There were not any coffee mugs available and only 1 paper cup, so we had to share our coffee. However, the management comp'd one of our meals and I thought that was fair.

Opt for the king suite with a roll-in shower 🚿 for a comfortable stay!

Nice clean and quiet rooms

The breakfast area was not like other Hilton Garden properties. It was very unorganized and not very inviting for breakfast. Didn't know where to order breakfast and there wasn't a menu visible.

The room we had was super clean and looked like it had just been set up, plus it had a cool jetted tub for a relaxing soak. The location was great and really convenient for us, only a short 30-minute walk to Watertower Theatre 🎭.

Everything was so nice, which you expect in a hotel of this caliber. Loved the lobby with the warm fireplace to gather around. Our breakfast waitress was so nice and friendly, really added to the exierience.

Bed was hard as a rock. We were not told at check in that the beds were adjustable. (When we notified clerk @ check out he did comp our breakfast.)
